ADepending on when the incident occurred, you will be contacted either immediately or within 5 working days (Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm). We need to prioritise those clients where there is a possibility that Forensic DNA is still available but we do endeavour to contact all clients in a timely manner to arrange a 1st assessment.
ANo. Twelves Company is a registered charity and does not charge for any of its services.
ATwelves Company is situated in the Millfields, Plymouth. The Millfields is a private estate with 24/7 security at the front gate. The security officers are very discreet and will direct you to Twelves Company without asking you to reveal your identity.
Everything you say at Twelves Company is confidential. There is a strict policy that all staff and volunteers adhere to and you will be consulted on any issues whereby confidentiality is breeched. We have a legal obligation to breech confidentiality if:
a)There is a risk to a child under the age of 16;
b)You are at risk or harming yourself, or others;
c)There is suspicion that you are party to a terrorist act.
