Referral Process

Twelves Company accepts Professional Referrals and Self-Referrals. 

To access a professional referral form, please click here

We try to see all clients for an assessment within a maximum of 4 weeks from receiving the referral form. The waiting time can depend on the service you wish to access i.e. There is a longer waiting time for a Counselling placement than with the Life Enhancement & Skills Advisor (LESA)
