Make a Referral
Our Art Therapists accept referrals from both individuals (parents and guardians) and professionals (schools, social workers, health workers, and so on). Twelves Company employs two Art Psychotherapists - one male and one female - who will see children and young people between the ages of 5 - 21 years old. They are both fully qualified to post-graduate level, hold a Diploma in Art Therapy and are registered with the British Association of Art Therapists (BAAT).
To refer a child to this service, please complete the two forms, downloadable from this page. Both forms must be completed before we can accept a referral. Instructions on how to submit your referral are available at the foot of each form.
